Katy Perry gets dolled up for dinner in Paris

Katy Perry was typically on-trend when she went out for dinner at a fancy restaurant in Paris last night - wearing a watercolour-effect digital print off the shoulder dress and futuristic gladiator stilettos.

The I Kissed A Girl star flew into the French capital last night to promote her new album Teenage Dream and went straight out to grab a bite to eat at L'Avenue restaurant on Avenue Montaigne.

Katy, 25, would have had a great view of Eiffel Tower from her table too, as the fashionable eatery - where even the waitresses wear Jimmy Choos - is in a prime location off the Champs Elysee.Not so fashionable though is Katy's fiancé Russell Brand's taste in baby names.

Apparently, he wanted to name their children after soccer stars who have played for his beloved West Ham football club.
