Megan Fox and Kristen Stewart at 2010 Scream awards were hot. Kristen Stewart looked oh-so-fabulous at the awards ceremony, where she received the Best Fantasy Actress Award. Megan Fox handed out an award to Micky Rourke for his work in Iron Man 2. Ryan Reynolds got a Most Anticipated movie award for his film Green Lantern. However, I figure that he will get many, many awards next year at the show.

The Scream Awards honor the genres of horror, fantasy, and more. Twilight and True Blood were among the night’s top winners, with Avatar, Iron Man 2, and others collecting awards.

Scre4m is going to come out on April 15th, and the Scream 4 Trailer was also unveiled. It was quite ironic that David Arquette and Courteney Cox were present at

the awards despite just recently announcing their separation.
