She may be a world famous popstar. But Katy Perry is still subject to the same rigorous security checks as us mere mortals - as she discovered at the airport yesterday.
The singer was jetting out of LAX Los Angeles Airport with fiancé Russell Brand when she was pulled aside and frisked in a random check.
