In a grand illustration of fashion's cyclical nature, many of the sartorial elements that were fresh and fun 15-20 years ago are popping up on today's trendier folk. This means that Rachel Bilson is wearing clogs, Agyness Deyn and Jessica Simpson are wearing denim shirts, and Katie Holmes is wearing overalls.
But the mid-'90s inspiration extends to accessories too, of course, which means the things you might jokingly tease your father about keeping in his glove compartment may soon be in vogue. Like, for example, the reflective sunglasses Katy Perry wore on a shopping trip in New York City this week.
