Johnny Simmons has worked with Megan Fox in Jennifer's Body, Steve Carell in Evan Almighty, and can now be seen alongside Michael Cera, Anna Kendrick, and Jason Schwartzman in the new film Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World.
We caught up with the 23-year-old actor earlier today to talk about his latest flick, Twilight, and—what else?—Jersey Shore...
You worked with Megan Fox in Jennifer's Body, what are you getting her for a wedding gift?
Maybe a crock pot from Target. A very, very nice crock pot.
I haven't seen them yet. I haven't decided which team I'm on yet.
Jason Schwartzman is also in Pilgrim. He just announced he and his wife are having a baby. Are you invited to the baby shower?
I better be! If he reads this I better be.
Tell us about the project are you currently working on?
It's called Cinema Verite. It's an HBO film and it's about the first reality show ever made, which was back in the '70s, called An American Family. It's based on the Loud Family. James Gandolfini, Tim Robbins, Diane Lane and Kathleen Quinlan are in it, too. I play one of the sons, Kevin Loud.
So, what's your favorite reality show?
I love Jersey Shore. I'm embarrassed but that's my favorite reality show. It's a train wreck you just can't take your eyes off.
Who's your favorite on the show?
I love Snooki because she's a mess. She has no inhibitions.
