Rihanna may be forced to pull out of performing at The BRIT Awards 2011 tonight after still feeling ill due to a bout of laryngitis and bronchitis.

The Barbadian beauty, who mustered up the strength to sing live with Eminem and Drake at the Grammy Awards on Sunday, is said to be "really ill" and might not take to the stage at London's 02 Arena later.

According to The Mirror, RiRi has been ordered not to talk for 24-hours in a bid to save her BRITs performance of new single S&M, which is apparently going to be her sexiest show yet - with organisers allegedly asking her to "tone down" the raunch for the ceremony.

Speaking of Rihanna's health woes, a source told the newspaper: "She’s really ill. It’s touch and go about the Brits."

They added: "She has a doctor on standby for vitamin shots in her bum and she’s been ordered to limit talking, which is difficult as she does like a good natter.”
