A mere week after Avril Lavigne filed for divorce from Derek Whibley – the Sum 41 frontman was spotted in a heavy breathing session with new love interest Hanna Beth Merjos.
The two were caught on camera by TMZ.com openly kissing his in at Tattoo Mania in Hollywood on Monday night.
