Rihanna is being sued by a personal trainer by the name of Cindy Percival over unpaid fees and travel expenses. But don’t count RiRi down for this punch because Rihanna filed a countersuit alleging she actually not only paid the trainer for her serviced but that Percival ripped her off for over $26K of her cash.

Ding Ding, someone ring the damn bell !!!!

Now just to clarify, they are both suing each over for the same amount, just one claiming to not have been paid and the other claiming to have paid that plus before they even began training together even. So the trainer was failed to provide the services that she was pay to do in the first place?

Dang RiRi, why do you keep dealing with the folks that believe in hitting you below the belt and making a run for it!

Rihanna is famous not only for her amazing vocals but also her perfectly shaped figure which often makes men lost in those yummy curves.

And now she is fighting against the person who helped her to get that dream body.

Pop star Rihanna is fighting a legal battle with her ex trainer Cindy Percival.

Cindy sued the singer last year for not paying $26,144.

Not to take things lying down, Rihanna has filed a countersuit in L.A. County Superior Court. She has alleged that Cindy’s allegations are totally false and it was rather she who fled with at least $26,244.63 of Rihanna’s cash.

The singer claims that she has put her trust on Cindy and paid her $24k for services well in advance.

She complained that when Cindy got fired, she never bothered to return back the amount.

It is often said that hell hath no fury like a woman scorned and in this case it’s two women who are scorned. So expect a lot more fireworks and drama.

Well we don’t know what is the real truth and guess will have to wait some time till the actual truth comes out.

When I wanted to be a rock star growing up, all I got was a hairbrush for a microphone and a broom for a guitar. My, how times have changed. Rihanna wants to be a rock star and she’s got way more toys than I ever did. The only thing she’s missing, to hear her tell it, “is a black guitar,” but more about that later.

We’re not sure what crawling around on all floors in nothing but chain mail and headdress with ram horns on it has to do with being a rock star and we don’t understand it any more after watching the video for “Rockstar 101" several times. Simlarly, turning into Slash—the truly amusing part of the video—has also got to be the strangest, if not hottest, homage the guitarist has ever been paid. Toward the end, Rihanna does get said black guitar, plus a hat like Slash wears, sun glasses and long curly hair. He plays on the track; maybe he was busy the day of the video shoot?

When you’re this rich, you really get to play dress up in body paint and you get to be shot by the most amazing photographers in the world. Plus, you get to grab your breasts in videos sheathed in designer wear and people think it’s hot, not lewd.

The song is a dramatic, repetitive, grinding track with no hook or melody within miles. It’s odd. Rhianna’s “Rated R” has spawned a hit in “Rude Boy,” but basically it has been an album for Rihanna to work out some issues as she becomes an adult. Anyone who fell in love with “SOS” or “Umbrella” has surely wondered where that girl went.

Both Rihanna and Lady GaGa have brought performance art into the pop mainstream in a way that we’re not sure we’ve ever seen before (sorry, Madge). It seems to be working better for Lady GaGa right now than Rihanna: after half a year, “Rated R” has yet to hit the million mark in sales and that’s after at least four singles. Maybe it’s too jarring a switch from her earlier music.

In her new video for 'Rockstar 101,' Rihanna explains how to be a rock star. It involves wearing blackface, nothing but chains, a horned hat, an Elizabethan collar and an Anna Wintour wig, and fronting a band that includes Travis Barker.

At one point Rihanna dresses as Slash, who plays guitar on the track. The former Guns 'N Roses guitarist told MTV News that he was also supposed to appear in the video, but his album was coming out and he didn't have time. He doesn't think that hurt the end result.

"The video is way better with her being me than with me being me," he said. "All things considered, it brings an element of sexuality

to it that I probably wouldn't have been capable of. I think it's hot, and I sent her a text this morning telling her it was definitely hotter with her doing it than with me doing it."

NOT many people could look good in an all-in-one leather shorts/jacket/fisherman hat combo, but it worked for RIHANNA at Radio 1's Big Weekend.

She was due to headline the Main Stage yesterday but gave up her mid-evening spot for dance act PENDULUM so she could be whisked off to play a Dublin gig straight after.

But Rihanna lived up to her original billing, clattering through her hits including Disturbia and Rude Boy to the biggest crowd of the weekend.

JLS struggled to be heard above the squeals of fans in a blistering show at the event in Bangor, north Wales. On a sweltering day the boys melted more than a few hearts in the crowd.

They showcased upcoming single The Club Is Alive and Brrrap packer CHIPMUNK joined them on stage for Only Tonight, after a bouncing set on Saturday.

Also putting in a decent shift yesterday was Pixie Lott, who delivered soaring vocals. PAOLO NUTINI kicked things off on the Main Stage with a swaggering performance. MARINA AND THE DIAMONDS were also awesome.

Rihanna has helped bring to a close the second, and final, day of this year's Radio 1 Big Weekend in Vaynol Park, Bangor, north Wales.

The Umbrella singer played a 40-minute set which included singles Rude Boy and Umbrella before headliners Pendulum took to the stage.

The Barbadian singer, who has spent this month on tour throughout the UK, brought a production which included a full live band and pyrotechnic streamers.

She kept on stage chat to a minimum but finished by saying, 'Bangor, I've had so much fun with you guys'.

Following Rihanna, Australian drum 'n' bass act Pendulum played a 50-minute, high-energy set which officially topped off the weekend.

After JLS's mid-afternoon main stage set, fans saw performances from Ke$ha, who was joined by special guest Taio Cruz for Dirty Picture, and rockers Biffy Clyro.

Crowds on the In New Music We Trust stage were entertained by chart-topper Plan B and Canadian dance-noise act Crystal Castles.

Speaking to Newsbeat as he came off stage Plan B, aka Ben Drew, said: "I can't believe there was that many people there. I've done festivals before but that was different. Next level."

The gates opened at midday on the second day and 20,000 music fans saw performances from Paolo Nutini, Pixie Lott, Jason Derulo and Paramore.

Most of you know that Kate Perry is planning to marry comedian Russell Brand later this year, and she was recently asked about her upcoming bachelorette party (said to be planned by her BFF Rihanna) during her recent appearance on 97.1 FM.

In the interview, the “I Kissed a Girl” singer expressed her desire to have Rihanna plan the party and maybe even take it a bit further and do what she does best: shake her a$$ for cash! Continue reading to check out what Katy Perry had to say about Rihanna getting down and dirty at her party:

Katy Perry: I think Rihanna might be hosting the bachelorette party.

97.1FM: Is that for real, is that gonna happen?

Katy Perry: She said it, who knows. I mean, I hope so. She’s the one that said it on the radio. She has a lot to live up too. I hope she’s the one stripping at my bachelorette. She’s HOT!!!

Singer Rihanna has said she wants to adopt as she is 'really scared' of childbirth.

The 22-year-old Barbadian beauty has been touring the UK with her Last Girl on Earth Tour since the beginning of May.

Rihanna recently spoke to the IN:DEMAND show on Liverpool's Radio City 96.7 and said she was frightened of giving birth.

She said: 'I'm really scared of the actual childbirth situation but I do want to be a mum one day.'

he Te Amo singer added: 'Even if I have to adopt, I want to be a mum.'

Rihanna is currently dating US baseball player Matt Kemp.

‘Rude Boy’ singer Rihanna is hell bent scared of giving birth to a child. The 22 year old must have watched with horror the pain a pregnant woman goes through while delivering a baby in movies and heard in hearsays. Coz the singer cum songwriter who has delivered tonnes of stunning on-stage performances is petrified of delivering a child in the private corners of a nursing home. She vents her fears to Bauer Radio’s In: Demand show: “I’m really scared of the actual child birth situation, but I do want to be a mother one day.”

Nevertheless, the hottie isn’t immune to motherhood and has a loving mother somewhere cuddled up within her. She does harbour wishes of mothering a child one day and her phobia won’t be obstructing her way. She is ready to go for adoption a la Angelina Jolie & Sandra Bullock.

She reveals, “Even if I have to adopt I want to be a mother.” Though, she is currently in a relationship with baseball player Matt Kemp, she discloses that her perfect man would be one with a caring persona immersed in deep sense of humour.

R&B star Rihanna is contemplating adopting a child in the future because she's terrified of giving birth.

The Umbrella singer has opened up about her future family plans, insisting she's excited to experience motherhood and she'll do whatever it takes to have kids, Contactmusic reported.

The 22-year-old star, who is dating baseball player Matt Kemp, said, "I'm really scared of the actual childbirth situation but I do want to be a mum one day. Even if I have to adopt, I want to be a mum."

Rihanna's not known to miss out on a trend. In fact, give her one of the hottest trends and she runs with it! From her sleek modernist looks to her Jamaican style tassle hotpants and gold chains we saw in her 'Rude Boy' video style chameleon Rihanna has us permanently guessing what she'll do next. So no surprises to see her in her latest video 'Rock Star' (above) decked out in a chain bodice and leggings made especially by London-based Swedish designer Fannie Schiavoni. Fannie - whose signature style is creating super fierce jewellery pieces, wrist cuffs and armour style body pieces solely out of gun metal chains - is hot on our radar and counts Lady Gaga and Yasmin Le Bon as fans.

We spoke exclusively to Fannie who had this to say;

"I discussed ideas with Rihanna and her stylist Mariel Haenn the day before the shoot and then I went to my hotel in LA and made everything that night. The next day was the video shoot and I literally chained Rihanna into everything piece by piece."

"Working with Rihanna and her creative team was amazing...it's a dream come true to see my designs being worn by her in the new video. She rocks it well and looks incredible."

It certainly wasn't a case of a style SOS when Rihanna stepped out of her Dublin hotel in Dolce & Gabbana.

Mixed leopard prints are big news on the catwalk next season, and Rihanna's leading the way.

If the thought of mixing patterns or prints leaves your head spinning, take a tip from Sex And The City 2 costume designer Patricia Field.

Patricia exclusively told Now's Style Editor Alison Tay, 'There have to be parallels that allow different prints to come together. Maybe they're both graphic, or the same size, or they have certain colours in common.'

The faint hearted should make like Dolce &
Gabbana fan Rihanna and look for a number where the designers have done all the hard work for you.

Rihanna is urging young girls not to embark on drastic diets in a bid to emulate catwalk models - insisting "size zero" is "not realistic and it's not healthy."

The 22-year-old star, who is famed for her slender figure and outlandish sense of style, is worried the fashion industry is indoctrinating women with an unhealthy attitude towards body image by only using super-skinny girls on the catwalk.

And the "Umbrella" hitmaker is adamant youngsters should never try to copy their idols because it is not "possible" to maintain such a tiny frame.

She tells Britain's You magazine, "You shouldn't be pressured into trying to be thin by the fashion industry, because they only want models that are like human mannequins. They know that if we see an outfit on a mannequin in a shop window we will love it and want to buy it whatever size we are. That's why they have size zero models - they want to sell clothes.

"You have to remember that it's not practical or possible for an everyday woman to look like that. Being size zero is a career in itself so we shouldn't try and be like them. It's not realistic and it's not healthy."

Rihanna's explosive video for "Rock Star 101" features a bevy of excellent costumes, some striking references to a handful of other videos and a killer scene where Rihanna cross-dresses as guitar god Slash (who provided the six string action on the track). It also gave Rihanna the opportunity to wear the latest accessory that all the pop superstars seem to be breaking out in videos and in live settings: A guitar.

Though she isn't actually playing the instrument (and by all accounts doesn't play), she still looks super-cool with it strapped around her body. A sweet-looking guitar lands some immediate rock star cool to whoever is holding it, even if there's no sound coming out. It isn't just that the instruments themselves look pretty sweet (though they certainly do). It's the association you get with true badasses who have wielded them in the past. Ultra-cool dudes and ladies like Jimmy Page, Joan Jett, Elvis Presley, Eddie Van Halen, Kurt Cobain and, yes, Slash himself. It makes playing the thing beside the point (though Madonna certainly gave it a go during her "Sticky & Sweet" world tour — and even wore a top hat to add another Slash association).

Some pop stars who borrow the image are legitimate players (Miley Cyrus can play and writes most of her material on an acoustic guitar, while Justin Bieber plays when he unplugs during his live shows), but just as many simply use it as borrowed cool. Even Jay-Z — by all accounts the coolest dude on the planet — recognized the power of the ax when he strapped one on during his headlining set at the Glastonbury Festival in 2009. (In perhaps the coolest aspect of the above photo, it was also meant as a shot against former Oasis mastermind Noel Gallagher, who had criticized Jigga's role as the headliner of England's biggest festival.)

An aspiring entertainment journalist has completed the final leg of a nationwide competition, meeting a whole of host of stars along the way.

Selected from 500 entries, Kristy Harper, 22, was chosen in February to be one of six budding entertainment reporters to cover some of the world’s most exclusive events.

Over the past few months, the sociology graduate has rubbed shoulders with actors at the Oscars in Los Angeles and the Cannes Film festival in France, interviewed bands in the Austrian mountains, burnt rubber at the Spanish Grand Prix and met Barbadian beauty Rihanna.

Organised as part of Nokia’s X6 All Areas Entertainment Reporter contest, Miss Harper from Kings Langley completed her final assignment visiting Cannes Film festival on Friday, May 21, having just returned from an interview with Rihanna in London and the Spanish Grand Prix.

Describing her experience, she said: “At the Spanish Grand Prix in Barcelona, I got to watch the F1 drivers qualifying and meet a couple of them.

“One of the best bits of the trip had to be visiting the Mercedes garage, where Ross Brawn, Michal Schumacher and Nico Rosberg hang out with the most beautiful cars on the planet. It was amazing.”

Following the Spanish Grand Prix, her next assignment was to attend R ‘n’ B star Rihanna’s gig at the 02 Arena in London.

She said: “Rihanna was lovely – ridiculously gorgeous with an amazing voice.

“She came on stage dressed in a sparkly body suit with shoulder pads half a meter wide, belted out a number before getting on a giant pink gun in a Mickey Mouse hat, while all the time pitch perfect.

“The whole show was full to the brim with props, dancing and 80’s style –I loved it and I got my picture taken with her.”

After the concert, Miss Harper headed to France for the Cannes Film festival, where she saw filmstars from the X-Men movie, as well as actor Benicio Del Toro.

She said: “I expected to see the odd celebrity walking around, but I didn’t expect to see so many, I was stunned.

In a grand illustration of fashion's cyclical nature, many of the sartorial elements that were fresh and fun 15-20 years ago are popping up on today's trendier folk. This means that Rachel Bilson is wearing clogs, Agyness Deyn and Jessica Simpson are wearing denim shirts, and Katie Holmes is wearing overalls.

But the mid-'90s inspiration extends to accessories too, of course, which means the things you might jokingly tease your father about keeping in his glove compartment may soon be in vogue. Like, for example, the reflective sunglasses Katy Perry wore on a shopping trip in New York City this week.

IT was Goss central in the Coachella world of Katy Perry and Agyness Deyn as they were spotted chewing the fat for hours on end. The Perry meister, 25, revealed to her nipple-flashing bald mate Agyness, 27, that she and Russell Brand, will be hunting for a love pad in Essex after they find their perfect Manhattan nest.

Meanwhile, her fiancé’s sex life is set to hit the big screen. The director of Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Nicholas Stoller, 34, actually stole snippets from Russ’s autobiography for the follow-up Get Him To The Greek, out in June.

Russ, 34, said: “Nick stole the best bits. If they made a movie of my life now, it would be drab.”

Socialite and reality TV star Kim Kardashian has admitted that posing for Playboy three year ago was not a comfortable experience and she is "sorry" she did it.

The 29-year-old star said that she regrets baring all for the publication in December 2007, but was urged to do so by her mother Kris Jenner to promote their Keeping Up with the Kardashians TV programme, Contactmusic reported.

"I'm sorry I did Playboy. I was uncomfortable. My mother said, 'Go for it. They might never ask you again. Our show isn't on the air yet. No one knows who you are. Do it and you'll have these beautiful pictures to look at when you're my age'," Kardashian said.

However, posing in another nude shoot for Harper's Bazaar, the 29-year-old beauty said she felt more comfortable this time around.

"It's definitely scary, but it's very liberating. I think the message is embrace your curves and who you are. I feel proud if young girls look up to me and say, 'I'm curvy and proud of it now," Kardashian said.

"I might have a little bit of cellulite. I might not be toned everywhere. I might struggle in this area or that," she added.

Meanwhile, Kardashian has come under fire for posting a picture on Twitter, which showed her holding a cat by the scruff of its neck.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) have issued a statement criticising her behaviour.

"Kim Kardashian isn't the only person who mistakenly thinks that because a mother cat picks up her kittens by the scruff of the neck that a supportive hand under the rump isn't needed," a statement from PETA said.

However, the brunette beauty has defended her actions and insists the animal is "fine".

"I have been getting negative comments regarding the way I was holding the kitty, but rest assured, the owner and vet were on set and showed me how to pick him up.

"The cat was not harmed in any way and is perfectly fine! I love animals and would never do anything to harm any animals," Kardashian said.
