Megan Fox has reportedly been stripping off to 'save her career.'

The Jennifer's Body actress, who recently announced she would not be reprising her role as Mikaela Banes in the third Transformers movie is said to be flashing her flesh to prove she is not upset about her departure from the film franchise.

Fox, who is rumoured to have been dumped from Michael Bay's adaptation of the Marvel comic over her recent weight loss was photographed with boyfriend Brian Austin Green cavorting in a tiny bikini whilst on holiday.

A source told Absolute Now: "Megan feels like her reputation has come under fire since she parted with the Transformers franchise. She's making a point of being seen and showing that she's not affected in the way some may think."

They added: "She wasn't dumped and her career is not on the slide. If getting a bikini on helps show that she's over the whole episode, then she'll do it."

24-year old Fox, is allegedly being replaced by underwear model Rosie Huntington Whiteley as Shia LeBeouf's new love interest in Transformers 3 which is set to start shooting next year.
